Candidate profile

• University education
• Previous consistent working experience in a similar position
• Discipline, good sense of responsibility, enthusiasm
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Role

• Control the technological flow parameters
• Supervise and coordinate the shift activity, set priorities
• Coordinate the supply with equipment in the plant
• Constant communication with Quality Manager
• Ensure the continuity of the technology flow by coordinating the functioning and maintenance of the equipment in the plant
• Ensure application of environmental and health & safety standards and legislation
• Prepare executive reports including recommendations and proposals when needed
• Prepare daily and weekly reports summarizing the activities above
• Provide training to the staff in the plant on the use the equipment
