Au fost anunțate nominalizările la Premiile Oscar 2014. American Hustle și Gravity au primit câte 10, iar 12 Years a Slave a primit 9 nominalizări. A 86-a gală de decernare a premiilor Oscar va avea loc pe 2 martie, la Dolby Theatre din Los Angeles.

Premiile Oscar 2014
Nominalizările pentru cea de-a 86-a ediție a premiilor Oscar au fost anunțate de actorul australian Chris Hemsworth („Thor”, „Răzbunătorii”) și de Cheryl Boone Isaacs, președintele Academiei de film americane. Gazda galei va fi actrița Ellen DeGeneres. Premiile vor fi acordate pe baza voturilor a aproximativ 6.000 de membri ai Academiei Americane de Film.
