Commercial Director

Our client is a world wide operating leasing company, part of one of the largest financial services corporations in the world. Marketing a solid portfolio of integrated financing services, the company is now expanding its activity on the Romanian market and is looking for a highly experienced and commited professional to fulfil the function of: Commercial Director

Your responsibilities will be:

§ Create, propose and implement strategic business plans;
§ ensure delivery of agreed sales and profit targets;
§ evaluate opportunities of developing new services and approach new industries;
§ develop and manage an efficient commercial network;
§ identify market opportunities in order to improve business performance;
§ undertake corporate accounts development.

The ideal candidate will have:

§ University degree (preferably in Economics);
§ relevant commercial management experience in the leasing industry;
§ strategic thinking, long term vision, planning and risk assesment abilities;
§ strong personality, negotiation and influencing skills;
§ commitment to maintain high ethical standards;
§ refined communication abilities, diplomacy and excellent English command.
