Our client is a segment leader in the beverages industry, having both production and distribution activities. We are now looking for a business oriented, determined and stable professional that will be able to fulfil the function of: General Manager
Your responsibilities will be:
§ create and implement business structures and procedures;
§ organize the business on professional basis and improve the distribution system;
§ establish strategic business development guidelines;
§ develop and implement the general frame of the business plan;
§ represent the company towards local and governmental authorities;
§ coordinate and integrate the commercial financial, production and purchasing departments;
§ set-up and implement controls and standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
§ proven experience in managing the commercial, production and financial operations (preferably in the food industry);
§ solid business planning and forecasting abilities;
§ well organized working style with good leadership skills and entrepreneurial attitude;
§ ability to operate in a rapidly changing environment and take fast decisions;
§ well developed negotiation, communication and team building abilities;
§ good French or Italian knowledge, computer skills and driving licence.
