We are representing a well-known, large, multinational company acting in the field of FMCG, which is looking for its Bucharest office for an independent, proactive and experienced person, able to fulfil the responsibilities of a Country Manager

The ideal candidate will have:

– proven experience in managing sales, marketing and finance;
– relevant experience in FMCG in a western / multinational company;
– solid negotiation skills, planning and forecasting knowledge;
– highly committed, result oriented and entrepreneurial attitude;
– excellent English knowledge and communication skills;
– PC literacy and driving licence

Your responsibilities will be:

– prepare, recommend and implement business development plans and related actions;
– manage sales and distribution activities and organisation at national level;
– co-ordinate supply chain activities, including import and logistics aspects;
– develop, implement and control marketing plans and promotion projects;
– manage, develop and motivate subordinates and evaluate performances
